Manage the design, execution and development of the cultural integration strategy across QF
Plan and execute projects, events and activities within budget and agreed timelines
Supervise all logistics needed for the cultural integration and change management workshops and events
Lead brainstorming sessions for future workshops/ activities / events initiatives that adds to cultural integration.
Create reports about cultural gaps that need to be filled. Develop plans on how to fill those cultural differences across QF.
Ensure the highest quality of content and information is produced and distributed during the workshops and all change management processes (both in English and Arabic); liaise with content validation unit in Marketing& events department to ensure proper translation and alignment to QF messaging.
Provide input to management in the formulation and development of standard operating procedures, processes and policies for cultural integration
Introduce and maintain best practices relevant to cultural integration while ensuring alignment to the corporate identity of QF.
Review the action plan report developed by the Cultural Integration Specialist to develop a strategic plan on implementing the next steps / proposing tailor made workshops for specific target audience. Present the plan to Internal Communications Manager for feedback and to determine implementation scope.
Ensure that activities and messaging align with other internal communications activities being conducted by QF (i.e. Maktabi Newsletter, Magazines, Digital communications, etc.)
Implement knowledge through practical up skilling and sharing of tasks with the team and across the internal communication department.
To research, plan and implement a range of high profile events and conferences, including the staff conference and workshop.
Undertake risk assessments for conference and events to ensure risks are appropriately managed
Working and negotiating with external suppliers and venues to provide the best value for money and coordinate with Corporate Events unit to finalize all event collaterals.
To provide a communications plan for each event detailing target audience and plans for reaching them
Provide knowledge, support and expertise in audio-visual presentations for staff
